Author’s Republic can fulfill promo code requests for titles listed on Audiobooks.com and Spotify. Before requesting codes, ensure your book is live on the platform for which you want to request codes. Once submitted for distribution, a title may be available for purchase as quickly as five business days or as long as sixty.

You can complete a request through your account dashboard by following these steps:

1. Login to your Author’s Republic account.
2. In the left navigation menu, click the Marketing Tools tab.
3. Click Promo Codes.
4. Click the Request Promo Code button to open a pop-up window with a request form.
5. In the popup window, fill in the following required fields.
   1. Choose whether to request codes for Audiobooks.com or Spotify.
   2. Title: Choose the title you are requesting codes for. If your title is not live on your chosen platform, it may not appear here. Your title must first be live before requesting codes. 
   3. Number of codes: Enter the number of codes you would like to request. Each code is valid for one redemption. If you need 50 redemptions, then you should request 50 codes. Note: Spotify restricts users to only one request per title with a maximum of 100 codes
6. Click Send Request
7. Our team will email you the codes from [e-mail] as soon as we receive them from the retailer, typically in 1-2 weeks. The codes will be sent to the email associated with your Author’s Republic account.
