We’ll deposit any royalties we’ve collected for you on a monthly basis once you’ve accumulated a minimum of $10.00 (or your selected minimum payout threshold) during a given pay period.
Our distribution partners each have their own schedules for reporting and sending royalties to us. Some pay within 30 days after the end of the previous month, while others pay 30 days after the end of the previous quarter.
Regardless of when royalties are received, we process payouts once per month between the 1st and 15th. At that time, we’ll send you any royalties collected in your name using the payout method selected in your account.
Please note: ACH, Wire Transfer*, Local Bank Transfer, and eCheck payments can take up to 15 days to be received after the payout is issued, depending on your financial institution. Due to high transaction fees, accounts using Wire Transfer may be subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100 USD.
How to adjust your minimum payout threshold minimum:
- In the left hand navigation, access "My Account".
- Navigate to the "Payment Account Profile" tab.
- Review or adjust your Payout Threshold selection - we recommend setting your minimum payout threshold to $25.00 USD.
