How to enable Two-Factor Authentication?

1. Download a two-factor authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phone, Android and iOS or Google Authenticator for Android and iOS.
2. Login to your Author’s Republic account
3. Visit the “My Account” page
4. Under the header “Two Factor Authentication”: scan or input the Setup Code in your Two-Factor Authentication app. When complete, input the Security Code provided by your authenticator in the Input Security Code box.
5. Upon your next login - visit your two-factor authentication app of choice to retrieve your security code.

How to login to my Author's Republic account with two-factor authentication (2FA)?

If you have already enabled two-factor authentication on your account follow the steps below:

1. On your mobile device, access the two-factor authentication app you used to set up your Author’s Republic account (Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phone, Android and iOS or Google Authenticator for Android and iOS).
2. Login to your Author's Republic account using your email address and password.
3. Open the app on your mobile device, click on your Author's Republic account to retrieve the security code.
4. Input your security code from your authentication app and click submit.

How to disable Two-Factor Authentication?

1. Open your two-factor authenticator app of choice to access your code (Microsoft Authenticator for Windows Phone, Android and iOS or Google Authenticator for Android and iOS).
2. Login to your Author’s Republic account using the code within your authentication app of choice..
3. Visit the “My Account” page.
4. Under the header “Two Factor Authentication” follow the listed instructions: To disable Two-Factor Authentication input the Security Code provided by your authenticator app in the Input Security Code box and click the “Disable 2FA” button.
